Jones hopes to follow mother’s footsteps
With her number one goal being to make a WNBL roster and follow in her mother’s footsteps, Caitlyn Jones believes the Albury-Wodonga Bandits will be the best place to make her dream come true.
The daughter of Julie Roberts, who was on the inaugural Western Australian WNBL team, the WAIS Rockets. Jones has been a sensation in the NBL1 West for the Lakeside Lightning. She had her career-best season in 2024, averaging 22.7 points on a finals contender at only 23 years old.
